Bacon Blue Cheese Dip
Although we generally think of celery sticks as the least glamorous of crudités, with this dip celery just seems right. That nice, clean crunch is the perfect partner for the assertiveness of blue cheese.

Combine all ingredients except the celery sticks in a food processor and blend until smooth. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill in the refrigerator until party time.
