Florida Punch

During his years in Key West, Ernest Hemingway drank at Sloppy Joe’s Bar. Though there’s no evidence he ever ordered this citrusy punch, we feel sure it would have met with his approval: It packs a Hemingway-worthy wallop.


Ingredients Directions

For One Drink

1 ounce white rum
1 ounce brandy
1 ounce Rose’s Lime Juice
2 ounces grapefruit juice

Shake all the ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass.

For Twenty Drinks

2 1/2 cups white rum
2 1/2 cups brandy
2 1/2 cups Rose’s Lime Juice
5 cups grapefruit juice 		Combine all the ingredients in a large pitcher, add ice, and stir for about 30 seconds. Spoon out the ice cubes. Store the pitcher in the refrigerator until party time.
